Client Policy

  • Must be 16+ years old to book

  • A mask is not required, but is suggested if you’re experiencing any flu/cold like symptoms

  • NO KIDS OR EXTRA GUESTS

  • Must come with a clean face, NO MAKEUP OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA FEE of $5

  • Do NOT wear contacts

  • Remaining balance due in CASH ONLY the day of your appointment

  • I do not work on top of other lash artists work

  • Arrive to your appointment on time! You will have a 10-minute grace period, after this your appointment will be cancelled

  • NO REFUNDS AFTER YOU LEAVE YOUR APPOINTMENT! (If you’re not satisfied, please let me know before leaving)

Deposit

  • A $25 NONREFUNDABLE deposit is a requirement to secure your spot. Your deposit will go towards your service.

    • If you can’t pay through the booking app, let me know! I can do CashApp or Venmo as well.

Rescheduling/Cancellations

  • Rescheduling: must do so 24-hours in advance to use deposit again (you can reschedule using the same deposit once)

  • Cancellations: must be done 24-hours in advance

    • Failure to comply with policy will result in a $25 fee (this includes rescheduling with less than 24 hour notice, cancelling with less than 24-hours, and not arriving to appointment within grace-period). YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO BOOK WITH ME AGAIN UNTIL FEE IS PAID!

  • If you ‘NO CALL/NO SHOW’, you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of your service

If I cancel your appointment for any reason, I will return your deposit

Extras:

  • Last minute appointment (less than 24 hour notice): A $25 fee will be needed to be paid on top of your deposit. Please contact Kimmy for inquiries
